The Minister of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation, José Manuel Albares, participated in the Foreign Affairs Council held in Brussels today, in which the foreign ministers of the 27 discussed issues such as Russian aggression against Ukraine, the situation in the Middle East, the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Iran.
