The Minister of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation, José Manuel Albares, has participated in the Foreign Affairs Council held in Luxembourg today, in which the foreign ministers of the 27 countries have discussed issues such as Russian aggression against Ukraine, the situation in the Middle East, Georgia, the Western Balkans and the Great Lakes region.
