Secretary of State for the European Union, Fernando Sampedro, participates in the General Affairs Council, November 19

The Secretary of State for the European Union, Fernando Sampedro, participated in the General Affairs Council held today in Brussels.

During the meeting, the Ministers of European Affairs of the Member States discussed the preparations for the next European Council to be held in Brussels in December, the rule of law and the Article 7 procedure.
