The Minister for Digital Transformation and the Civil Service, Óscar López, attended the Transport, Telecommunications and Energy Council (Telecommunications) held today in Luxembourg.

During the meeting, ministers from the Member States discussed European business portfolios; digital network regulations and the cybersecurity package; and the technological sovereignty of European public administrations.
