The Minister for Digital Transformation and the Civil Service, Óscar López, took part in the Transport, Telecommunications and Energy (Telecoms) Council held today in Brussels.

During the meeting, the ministers of the Member States discussed the EU agency for cybersecurity, digital infrastructure, and the objectives of the digital decade.
