The Minister for Digital Transformation and the Civil Service, Óscar López, participated in the Transport, Telecommunications and Energy Council (Telecommunications) held in Luxembourg.

During the meeting, ministers from Member States discussed satellite connectivity and strategic autonomy; protecting minors from harmful content and risks online; and artificial intelligence gigafactories.
