The Minister for Foreign Affairs, the European Union and Cooperation, José Manuel Albares, took part in the Foreign Affairs Council held in Brussels today, at which the foreign ministers of the 27 member states discussed issues such as Russia’s aggression against Ukraine, the situation in the Middle East and the EU’s southern neighbourhood.
