The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, Luis Planas, has participated in the Agriculture and Fisheries Council held in Brussels, in which the ministers of the 27 have discussed the simplification of the CAP, the strengthening of the position of farmers in the agri-food chain and agricultural issues related to trade, in addition to the programme of the Polish Presidency.
