The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, Luis Planas, has participated in the Agriculture and Fisheries Council held in Brussels. The ministers of the 27 Member States had the opportunity to discuss the balance of the second year of implementation of the strategic plans of the CAP, the situation of agricultural markets, and various issues in the field of Fisheries.
