The Minister of Economy, Trade and Business, Carlos Cuerpo, participated in the Eurogroup and Economic and Financial Affairs Council meetings held in Brussels.

The ministers of economy and finance discussed, among other issues, the coordination of fiscal policies, the assessment of the international role of the euro, the enlargement of the eurozone and defence financing.
