The Minister of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation, José Manuel Albares, has participated in the Foreign Affairs Council held in Brussels today, in which the foreign ministers of the 27 have debated issues such as Russian aggression against Ukraine, the situation in the Middle East, Syria, Iran and EU-US relations.
