The Minister of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation, José Manuel Albares, took part in the Foreign Affairs Council meeting held in Brussels today, where the foreign ministers of the 27 Member States discussed issues such as Russia's aggression against Ukraine, the situation in the Middle East and the situation in the Great Lakes region.
