The Minister of the Interior, Fernando Grande-Marlaska, participated in the Justice and Home Affairs Council (Home Affairs), which brought together the ministers of the 27 Member States in Luxembourg. The agenda included EU migration policy, civil protection and health preparedness, Schengen, and internal security, among other topics.
