The Second Vice-President and Minister of Employment and the Social Economy, Yolanda Díaz, took part in the Employment, Social Policy, Health and Consumer Affairs Council held in Brussels, during which the ministers of the 27 EU Member States discussed the shortage of skilled labour and the social inclusion of people with disabilities.
