The Secretary of State for the European Union, Fernando Sampedro, has participated in the General Affairs Council held today in Brussels.

During the meeting, the ministers for European affairs of the Member States discussed the Multiannual Financial Framework 2028-203, preparations for the December European Council, legislative programming, and the annual dialogue on the rule of law.
